4. Order Tracking

  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

  • In case of shipping restrictions or issues, our customer support will contact you.

6. Return or Refund policy

  • if your refund is approved in any circumstances then the amount will be credited to the original payment methods with 7 working days

  • we have 5 days of return policy

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • phytoearth is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
